Pendulate

Pendulate is a chaotic monosynth by Newfangled Audio. Pendulate uses a brand new oscillator design to produce sounds different from any other synth. It features a chaotic oscillator based on a double pendulum. What initially looks random actually contains underlying patterns of interconnectedness, constant feedback loops, repetition, self-similarity, fractals, and self-organization.

PG-8X

PG8X is a freeware emulation of the legendary Roland JX-8P analog synthesizer, with the standard 2-DCO - 24dB/oct Filter design.

OB-Xd

OB-Xd is based on the Oberheim OB-X. It attempts to recreate its sound and behavior, but as the original was very limited in some important ways a number of things were added or altered to the original design. OB-Xd was designed to sound as good and as rich as the original. It implements micro random detuning which is a big part of that sound.

SyndtSphere

SyndtSphere is basically a sphere version of our polyphonic synthesizer Syndt. With a minimalistic approach, it features a unique experience of ”surfing” between presets. All parameters are morphed according to the proximity of the different presets.

The plugin contains several VCOs, LFOs, mixers, and other standard synthesizer modules, as well as many additional community modules.

ModulAir

ModulAir is a fully modular virtual synthesizer featuring 31 different module types and supporting up to eighteen modules per patch and up to 64 voices of polyphony. The instrument also features double-precision audio processing, full MIDI learn support, and importing of TUN/SCL micro-tuning formats.

Maths

Maths is a plugin for processing stereo audio signals based on user-definable math formulas. Instead of using knobs and sliders to shape the sound, the user should instead input a formula which will tell the plugin what to do. It is possible to define up to four automatable parameters which can be adjusted using the four provided knobs or via DAW automation. Maths supports 25 built-in functions, fourteen operators, and one ternary operator.

HY-SEQ16

HY-SEQ16 is a 16-step sequencer with note, velocity, gate, mute, randomize and probability controls for each step. Other cool features include global randomization for the entire sequence (with separate randomize buttons for note values, velocity, gate, etc.), sequence playback direction (forward, backward, bounce and random), sequence length and start step, as well as the global scale setting.

Nova3

Nova3 is a generative sequencer. The idea is that a set of rovers move through a matrix of cells until they encounter a wall, another rover, or an obstacle. When a rover encounters a wall, it emits a midi note corresponding to the row and column, then reverses direction. When a rover encounters another rover, both rovers are rotated clockwise. When a rover encounters an obstacle, the effects of the obstacle are applied to the rover which could alter its position, its direction, both, or neither depending on the type of obstacle.

hypercyclic

Hypercyclic is an LFO-driven MIDI arpeggiator, gate effect and step sequencer for mangling sustained MIDI input chords, the output of which can then drive other MIDI instruments.
